Lack of care for patients at Trinity Health

Please describe the issue
I have tried several times to get a hold of Trinity in Chicopee and they do not answer their phones. This is a constant battle with them. This is not how a practice should be run and I love how they use Covid as an excuse! My daughter is a type 1 diabetic and needed to reach a doctor and could not get through today! She then proceeded to call their Westfield location and they would not help her! This is unacceptable! If my daughter gets worst due to the fact that she will not go to a walkin due to Covid and just needed to get a message to the Doctor this will be on them. Something needs to be done if they are going to continue to be a practice that their patients can depend on. I for one will be changing practices as since trinity took over the care they provide is a disgrace to the medical field! I also had an ongoing issue that I was waiting for MRI results on and between that time the pain became unbearable and I called and asked if they could just call me something in to help the pain until we can fix the issue or find out what was causing it and it took 3 Days for them to call me back. I missed the call and took me an entire day to get through again just to get a message to the Doctor AGAIN! When I finally got through and I explained how I missed a call I was told then I should pick my phone up the next time. Now, I litterally told them on original message I was at work and if the Doctor could just leave me a message telling me if she can or cannot help me out. I was told the Doctors have other patient so if miss their call that is my problem! I know others have reported issues to the Board of Health so why is this not getting fixed?
