Q. Please describe the issue
A. The weather's warm enough now but there's still no sign of street sweepers and there's so much garbage everywhere in the city. The streets are full of trash and nothing gets cleaned up, it's like the best we can hope for is the trash to blow to the side of the road by the wind. It's disgusting.
