While I monitor, track and follow up on all SCF issues in my ward and help where I can citywide the app is a function of the DPW and not the mayor or council. Please understand that the men and women of our short staffed DPW are working diligently on multiple projects, issues and routine assignments on a daily basis not limited to SCF. Issues are prioritized based on urgency. Often times SCF issues are addressed and just not updated in the system. Everyday dozens of issues are closed out or acknowledged. I appreciate your patience and support of our hard working men and women in the city.

The non-managerial employees of Chicopee are underpaid and overworked. Everything for days months years and forever happen because of city managers. And at this second Chicopee is 5th out of every Massachusetts village town city in Crime. Please let’s us meet and shake hands local resident. I am here yo help.
