Hello. I am not sure if I should be directing this toward the Parks Dept or Mass DOT. Please let me know if it isn't you. There have been A LOT more mopeds and dirt bikes on the water control dike (along the CT River) now that it has started to warm up. Once the trail is completed will there be any enforcement of the ban on motorized vehicles? I could see this opening up some liability for the state/city if someone gets hurt (rider or pedestrian) and that would be a shame for everyone. Thanks for your time.
