Q. Please describe the issue
A. White nissan rogue plate# 2dd936 and mazda gray plate# z96fmy stopped at 1:45am in front of my house and being very noisy with music and talking, slamming the doors. Im a hard working person and good sleep is critical, they woke me and I couldn't fall asleep after, I walked out and asked them to turn it down, but they weren't in rush doing it continued listen music very loud with disrespect to neighbors. I decided not to call police. This girl lives at 45 linden st and every Friday and Saturday she comes back around 2am from party drunk and yelling loud and laughing. These people her friends. Please fix this problem, I attached the video, but quality is not good and time wrong one hour ahead of a time.
