Truck blaring music at 5am on McCarthy Avenue from the area of Wallace Avenue

Q. Please describe the issue
A. There is a Black or dark blue truck driving down this street every morning at 5am blasting its music so much that the house shakes. Are there no police in this area at that time? There are ex police on Wallace St and still the noise level continues to increase at obscene hours of the day and night.
