We need a street sweeper because the streets and the side of the road all over Chicopee Center are full of trash

Q. Please describe the issue
A. Walking through Chicopee Center is just gross, there's trash everywhere. I could understand when there was snow that the city couldn't do anything, but it's nice enough now, do we not have street sweepers?
