This property was under rehab did the owner get a CO he is renting out also he buried all the const debri in back of the house put a barrier there

Nonmotorized vehicle (boat) always parked on street and is never hooked up to a vehicle. Makes it difficult to get around especially as it is at the intersection of Bennet and Moore.

Fruit Fair Deli Display where prepared foods (ham salad, potato salad etc.) are in open containers needs to be cleaned. Bits of food items are in sliding door tracks and are all over display area. Looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in a while.

Trash dumpster in driveway for more than few months .

Dog waste all over park and check tennis court please.

We have 16 3 feet of about 7 inch diameter circular cement used for pool deck support. We have tear down above ground pool and deck. We did sledgehammer 10 of the cement and buried them. Someone told us we should ask that property tax should be lowered due to no more cement use. Just getting informed so I will know what is correct.
Another question I have is may I be allow to move my wooden fence on the right side of my house to extend my backyard space?
